We have a generous 14-day return policy on FULL PRICED items only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to get the item back to us. This is trackable on both the customer and SMO end via the Australia Post tracking system

To be eligible for a REFUND, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging and again within 14 days of receiving it.

WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES or HOLDS: Once your item is returned, at your own cost, we will refund you. Please note we are open Wednesday - Saturday and your refund will be actioned within our trading hours. To check if we have received your order here at SMO HQ simply pop in your tracking number here

CLICK & COLLECT REFUNDS: Please note you have 14 business days to collect your order in store in order to be eligible for a Refund, it is not 14 days from the day you choose to collect the item. We have had orders sitting here for months, hence why we are clarifying the terms & conditions.

HOW TO START A RETURN BACK TO US:

To start a return, please log into your account HERE and lodge a return request. Please note your Return Request will only be approved and reviewed within our trading hours Wed-Sat.

Once you receive an approval to return your style/s back to us, you can then send it to the following address: PO BOX 138, PATTERSON LAKES VIC 3197

(please do not just return it to us without following the process stipulated here, as it will be returned back to sender)

If your return is accepted, you will then post the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at hello@stylemeover.com

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and it should hit your account within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund too.
